-Oxtail is vacuumed sealed for freshness. Lasts 10 months in the freezer, 10-14 days in the fridge, 5 days outside of the fridge (AS LONG AS THE SEAL IS NOT BROKEN) 

-Oxtail is shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Oxtail is shipped frozen, but often arrives at temperature. Because of the vacuum seal it is safe to eat. *If seal is  broken or air is inside the bag, contact us for a replacement oxtail*

-Oxtail is best cooked in a liquid if your choosing like broth or gravy.
