Shipping & Delivery Estimates
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on:
- The availability of your items
- The shipping options you select
Shipping date estimates will be provided on the **shipping quotes page** during checkout. Please be aware that shipping times are estimates and are dependent on the chosen shipping provider.

Responsibility for Insuring Packages
It is your sole responsibility to insure your order. Any shipped packages that are not insured will **not qualify** for a replacement, refund, store credit, or any reimbursement if lost, damaged, or delayed. If an issue arises with an uninsured package, it will be the purchaser’s sole responsibility to **file and manage their own claim** with our third-party vendor.
Any chargebacks filed in relation to lost or delayed packages will result in a $25 fee from our store, in addition to any additional applicable damages.
Weight-Based Shipping Rates
The shipping rates for many items are **weight-based**. Each item's weight can be found on its detail page, and to align with the policies of our shipping providers, all weights will be **rounded up to the next full pound**.
